SCREWS
The company specializes in the production of fastening elements and rivets. The screw program includes screws for sheet metal, wood and plastic, as well as metric screws with standard and self-tapping threads, with diameters from 1 to 6 mm and lengths up to 100 mm.
In addition to standard screws compliant with DIN, ISO, UNI and EN standards, also available in limited stock quantities, we specialize in the production of custom screws according to drawings, samples or customer requirements.
We also provide technical support for screw joint dimensioning and selection of appropriate fastening solutions.
SCREW GROUPS
Screws are divided into several groups depending on application and material, including sheet metal screws, wood screws, chipboard screws, plastic screws, trilobular self-tapping screws, and metric screws widely used in mechanical engineering.
Metric screws
Metric screws are among the most commonly used mechanical fastening elements for detachable joints. The thread has a 60° triangular profile (ISO 724, DIN 13).
Plastic screws
The thread is designed to form directly in the material. Different plastic properties require optimized thread profiles to ensure retention and pull-out resistance.
Sheet metal screws
Sheet metal screws are used for joining thin sheets and combined materials. The thread is formed directly into the material, with a 60° profile (ISO 1478, DIN 7970).
Wood screws
Wood screws feature a 60° thread profile and a sharp tip that allows self-tapping without pre-drilling (DIN 7998).
Chipboard screws
Chipboard screws feature a deep 40° thread profile for increased pull-out resistance and efficient fastening performance.
Trilobular self-tapping screws
These screws form threads by plastic deformation in a pre-drilled hole, creating a hardened thread with improved resistance against loosening (DIN 7500).
Special screws
We specialize in the production of non-standard fastening elements according to drawings or samples. We manufacture screws with custom head shapes, drive types, tips and tailored thread profiles.
