Heat treatment

For the needs of our production program, we operate resistance electric hardening furnaces for heat treatment processes.

During heat treatment of screws, which are exposed in a controlled manner to temperature changes in protective atmospheres, we modify their microstructure and, when required, their chemical properties, thereby improving the mechanical characteristics of the products.

We also provide heat treatment services for various types of steel as part of our technological capabilities, also available to external customers.

Our business partners are offered the following heat treatment services: hardening and tempering, carbonitriding, carburizing and stress relieving.
