Mikrovit d.o.o. is a company with more than four decades of experience in the production of screws and rivets using cold forming processes (forging, rolling, etc.), as well as in the manufacture of small precision turned components. The company is an important supplier of fastening products to major companies in Slovenia, as well as to companies in Italy, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Austria, and the Czech Republic.
PRODUCT RANGE
The company specializes in the production of fastening elements and rivets.
The screw production program includes screws for sheet metal, wood, and plastic, as well as metric and self-tapping screws from 1 to 6 mm in diameter and up to 100 mm in length.
The basic rivet program includes solid and semi-tubular rivets.
In addition to standard screws compliant with DIN, ISO, UNI, and EN standards (some of which are available in smaller quantities from stock), we also manufacture various forged and turned components according to drawings or samples.
We also offer heat treatment services for different types of steel, including carburizing, carbonitriding, hardening, and tempering.
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The production of a high-quality product (screw, rivet, etc.) requires a good understanding and control of the entire manufacturing process, as well as knowledge of the application in which the product is used.
Therefore, our development program includes production monitoring systems, product design support, and dimensioning of fastening elements.
In addition, we offer design, engineering, and manufacturing of machines and equipment within fastening technology.
