Control systems

As industrial processes become increasingly automated, unexpected downtime caused by defects, equipment failures or non-conforming products can lead to significant production interruptions and substantial economic losses.

To minimize the number of defective products and ensure process stability, we have developed a real-time forging process monitoring system that enables early detection of irregularities and removal of non-conforming parts from further production.

The system is based on vibration sensors used to monitor the forging process, combined with dedicated software developed for signal processing and analysis.

Analysis results have demonstrated a high level of reliability in detecting abnormal impacts and identifying defective forgings, contributing to improved product quality and reduced production losses.
